Terms and Conditions for Computer Repair and Cybersecurity Services

1. General
   These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of computer repair and cybersecurity services ("Services") provided by InfoseCloudSecurity ("Company", "we", "our").
2. Service Agreement
   Upon accepting these Terms, the client ("you") agrees to the services described in the official quote or service description provided.
3. Fees and Payment
   All fees are due as per the invoice provided. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Data Protection
   While we endeavor to protect your data during repair, it's advisable to back up all important data before service. The Company is not liable for data loss.
5. Warranty on Repairs
   Repairs are covered by a "30-day" warranty. This doesn't cover issues arising from new damages or misuse.
6. Cybersecurity Services
   We provide cybersecurity solutions based on current best practices. However, no system can be entirely immune from threats. We're not liable for breaches or incidents that occur despite our services.
7. Third-Party Software
   For services like vulnerability management using Rapid7, Tenable, or Qualys, respective third-party terms apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Our total liability for any damages resulting from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims resulting from your misuse of the service.
10. Termination
    Both parties can terminate the service agreement with "30 days" notice unless there's a breach of terms.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of "California".
12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. It's your responsibility to review them regularly.
13. Acceptance
    Engaging with our services implies acceptance of these Terms.
